NAMDEB SENIOR LEADERSHIP TEAM VISIT SCM

Namdeb’s senior leadership visited the Southern Coastal Mine (SCM) on 18 March 2025. The visit hosted by the Southern Coastal leadership team was centered on visible felt leadership (VFL) principles and allowed for an for open engagement with employees and business partners.

The leadership team emphasised the need to improve efficiency and explore innovative solutions to navigate the subdued diamond market. Safety remained the top priority, with the reinforcement that no work should ever start without ensuring a safe working environment. Sustainability of Namdeb operations depends on meeting production targets safely and efficiently.

The leadership team expressed gratification for the commitment to making Namdeb better.
